Today I achieved a lifetime ambition to go swimming in the wild with Olympic gold medallist Duncan Goodhew. We first spotted Duncan playfully leaping alongside the boat off the Bay Of Biscuit and I jumped straight in. Not many people realise that Duncan Goodhew is not a fish at all but is in fact, a mammal. It's sad to think that Duncan now spends most of his life in captivity, jumping through hoops and balancing a beech ball on the end of his nose for what we call 'entertainment'.
